User's can't access wireless network
However, device manager does not show WLAN driver in network adapter listing. Only Bluetooth and ethernet controller are listed in manager. HP service says something on motherboard is not connecting with WLAN card but both have been replaced. WLAN still not working. wired LAN works fine. The result of ipconfig/all:
